Community Councils are voluntary bodies run by local residents to act on behalf of its area. Community Councillors play an important role in local democracy, bridging the gap between local authorities and communities, raising awareness of the opinions and needs of their communities.
Inverness West Community Council is part of Highland Council Wards No. 12 & 13 comprising 10 individual Community Councils.
